These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Livio GamAI application ("App"). Please carefully read them before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Livio GamAI is an AI clone designed to answer your technical questions. It does not learn anything from you, but it uses your interactions to populate a knowledge base where the answers are provided by the App author, and enhance its responses over time.

3. User Accounts

You have to create a user account to use the service to prevent abuse of the LLM at my charge to run the service. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written consent.
• The questions and interactions you provide become part of Livio GamAI's training data to improve its functionality.

5. User Conduct

• Do not use the App for illegal or harmful purposes.
• Be respectful. The AI may not always be perfect; avoid offensive or abusive language.
• Do not submit sensitive personal information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• We provide the App "as is". We do not guarantee its accuracy or reliability.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages arising from the use of the App shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Right to Modify

We may change these Terms or the App at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes will be resolved in Vaud, Switzerland.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we use it to provide you with our services.

1. Data We Collect

• Technical Questions and Interactions: Your questions and interactions enhance Livio GamAI's knowledge.
• Account Information: If you create an account, we store your email address and we use it to forward you the questions LivioGamAI was not able to answer once the app creator answer them.
• Technical Data: We don't store device information, IP address. We might track analytics anonymously with plausible.io, which is 100% GDPR compliant and do not use cookies.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To store the couple question/manual answers in Livio GamAI knowledge base, enhancing its ability to answer your questions.
• To provide and improve the App's functionality.
• To troubleshoot and respond to technical issues.

3. Data Sharing

• We will not share your personally identifiable information (PII) with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
• We may share anonymized technical data with partners to improve the App.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee complete security.

5. Your Rights

• Request access to your data by emailing us.
• Request corrections to your data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt-out of email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us.
• Withdraw your consent for data collection and processing (note that this may limit your access to certain features).
